Welcome to KPCA

Kerala PEI Cultural Association was established in 2020 with the aim of celebrating and promoting the cultural diversity of Kerala in Prince Edward Island (PEI).In 2011,there were just about 10 persons from Kerala in PEI. Today, we have over 300 members and our motto, "Together we Thrive," reflects our commitment to fostering a sense of unity and support within our community. We understand the importance of bringing people together and fostering a sense of community and belonging, especially for individuals who are far away from their homeland.

One way we have been achieving this goal is by celebrating various cultural festivals such as Onam, Easter, Ramzan, Christmas ,Vishu etc. These festivals are important events in the Kerala cultural calendar and provide an opportunity for our members to come together, reconnect with their roots, and share their traditions with others in the community.

During these festivals, we organize special events, communal gatherings, and traditional performances to showcase the rich cultural heritage of Kerala. Through these celebrations, we aim to not only bring joy and happiness to our members but also to educate and share our traditions with the broader community.

By celebrating these festivals, we also hope to create a sense of unity and understanding among different cultural groups. We believe that these cultural exchanges are essential in fostering a spirit of inclusivity, respect, and appreciation for diversity.

In summary, the Kerala PEI Cultural Association is committed to celebrating and promoting Kerala's cultural heritage through the celebration of festivals. We believe that these events play a vital role in fostering a sense of community and bringing people together, and we are proud to be a part of this cultural exchange in Prince Edward Island.
